The ASICS Kayano 30 is designed to provide you with advanced stability and softer cushioning properties. They are suitable for running from 5 km to full marathons. The new 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ helps provide adaptive stability. This helps you have a more supportive and balanced stride during long distance training. Its midsole is renewed with FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning and an increase in the stack height by 4 mm. With approximately 20% organic content, this material helps create softness with every step.

New PureGEL™ technology is strategically placed under the heel for a smoother ride. It's 65% softer than conventional visible GEL™ technology, allowing distance training to feel amazingly smooth.
