131 ageing-skin moisturizer (pack of two)

• Ageing skin has a reduced lipid content (sun, sap, and fat) of about one-third that of younger skin, and is particularly deficient in cholesterol. Therefore, we recommend the cholesterol-enriched 131 moisturiser. Because lamellar moisturisers exist in the stratum corneum (the layered structure) to perform the skin barrier function, lamellar moisturisers are a next-generation moisturiser that is more effective at strengthening the skin barrier.
