Multicoloured ‘Alveomesh’ sneakers from Veja & ba&sh. Crafted from durable Alveomesh made of 100% upcycled plastic bottles, this lace-up model sits on a beige and light grey Vibram ®rubber sole and features suede overlays and the label’s signature light blue V patch made of rubber and rice waste. The insole material consists of natural rubber, sugar cane, organic cotton and recycled EVA foam. The midsole is made of sugar cane (53%), while the outer part of the sole is glued and made of rubber from the Amazon forest (12%) and rice waste (30%). The perforated surface provides traction and proper cushioning. The flexible mesh lining is made of 100% recycled plastic bottles and it has been developed to acquire a better resistance to friction and provide maximum comfort while walking.
