'Esplar' high-top sneakers

Green \'Esplar\' high-top sneakers from Veja Kids. Crafted from chrome-free suede, this model features velcro closures, a navy blue logo patch in rubber and rice waste and a white logo print on the heel counter. The mesh inner lining made from recycled materials was developed to acquire a better resistance to friction. The organic-sourced and recycled insole consists of sugar cane, Amazon rubber, organic cotton and recycled EVA. It is set on a brown and red rubber sole made from organic and recycled materials. Named in tribute to a Brazilian NGO the label has been working with since 2005. ESPLAR (Rural Planning and Consulting Association) supports organic and family farming in the Nordeste region.
