‘V-15 Chromefree Leather’ sneakers

White and beige ‘V-15 Chromefree Leather’ high-top sneakers from Veja. Crafted from chrome-free leather and suede, this lace-up model features an embossed logo on the tongue, organic cotton shoelaces and the brand's signature navy V patch made of rubber and rice waste. The mesh inner lining made from recycled materials was developed to acquire a better resistance to friction. The organic-sourced and recycled insole consists of sugar cane, Amazon rubber, organic cotton and recycled EVA. It is set on a cream rubber sole made of organic and recycled materials.

The leather comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul and is L.W.G. Gold certified by the Leather Working Group, which promotes sustainable practices that have a positive impact on the environment in tanneries.
